Art Bonus: Support Culture and Benefit from Tax Credits
Opera Prima is an eligible recipient of the Art Bonus, a measure by the Italian Ministry of Culture designed to support those who invest in the arts. Donating is simple and rewarding:
Significant Savings: For every €100 donated, you recover €65 as a tax credit.
65% Tax Benefit: Valid for both individuals and businesses.
Tax Credit Regulations:
Businesses: The tax credit is recognized up to 0.5% (5 per mille) of annual revenues.
Individuals & Non-profit Entities: The credit is recognized up to 15% of taxable income.
Distribution: The tax credit is divided into three equal annual installments, applicable starting from the tax period following the donation.
Exemptions: This credit does not contribute to taxable income for IRES (corporate income tax) or IRAP (regional production tax) purposes.
How to Donate
To benefit from the tax credit, the bank transfer to Associazione Musicale Opera Prima must include the following specific reference (Causale):
